Une d\u00e9nomination qui m\u00e9rite des pr\u00e9cisions. Elle analyse <strong>les t\u00e9moignages de patients s\u2019exprimant sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong>. Il est important de savoir que l\u2019activit\u00e9 de Kap Code n\u2019est pas uniquement d\u2019analyser des messages. Il s\u2019agit avant toute chose de placer <strong>le patient au centre de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, de valoriser son exp\u00e9rience inestimable \u00e0 sa voix dans le syst\u00e8me de la sant\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96ed452 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"96ed452\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u00c0 l\u2019aide du M\u00e9dical Social Listening<\/h2><p>Le monde actuel a subi de nombreux changements, le plus important est sans aucun doute celui li\u00e9 au num\u00e9rique, avec pour cons\u00e9quence <strong>une explosion des usages des donn\u00e9es.<\/strong> Dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9, <strong>elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par le patient et collect\u00e9es lors d\u2019une visite m\u00e9dicale<\/strong>, avec l\u2019utilisation d\u2019objets connect\u00e9s, lors d\u2019\u00e9tudes dites classiques (focus groups, interviews, \u00e9tudes observationnelles\u2026) mais aussi sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p><p>Ces donn\u00e9es issues des r\u00e9seaux sociaux appartiennent \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie des <strong>donn\u00e9es de \u00ab\u00a0vie r\u00e9elle\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit de donn\u00e9es non collect\u00e9es dans un cadre exp\u00e9rimental (des essais cliniques par exemple) mais qui refl\u00e8tent a priori les pratiques au quotidien des patients. Pour Kap Code, il va s\u2019agir d\u2019identifier ces donn\u00e9es d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats parmi l\u2019immensit\u00e9 d\u2019internet et les analyser gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son outil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kapcode.fr\/medical\/\"><strong>Detec\u2019t<\/strong><\/a>. Enfin, ces donn\u00e9es seront interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es avec une approche m\u00e9dicale par nos experts.<\/p><p>L\u2019extraction de ces donn\u00e9es, s\u2019effectue par une collecte fonction de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kapcode.fr\/articles\/experience-patient\/\"><strong>l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du patient<\/strong><\/a> qui constitue un ensemble des interactions et des situations v\u00e9cues par une personne ou son entourage au cours de son parcours de soins.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">[1]<\/a><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c235c30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c235c30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Avec des recommandations de la FDA<\/h2><p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience du patient permet ainsi <strong>de mettre en \u00e9vidence des informations<\/strong> concernant entre autres <strong>sa perception de ses traitements, son v\u00e9cu avec la pathologie<\/strong> (les impacts sur sa qualit\u00e9 de vie) ou encore sur certains <strong>besoins m\u00e9dicaux <\/strong>qui ne sont pas couverts par ses traitements actuels.<\/p><p>Des informations prises en compte par la <strong>Food and Drug Administration<\/strong> (FDA) dans ses <strong>recommandations sur le recueil d\u2019informations autour du patient.<\/strong> Ces derni\u00e8res permettent ainsi des pr\u00e9cisions sur les types de donn\u00e9es d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 collecter, les outils pour se faire, le tout accompagn\u00e9 de m\u00e9thodologies pr\u00e9cisant les forces et les limitations de chaque outil. Parmi, les \u00e9tudes prises en compte celles comportant l\u2019utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux ne sont pas mises \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart. En effet, celles-ci peuvent \u00eatre utiles au cours <strong>des \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9liminaires d\u2019une \u00e9tude pour compl\u00e9ter les approches de recherche traditionnelles.<\/strong><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4531e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4531e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Son r\u00f4le dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9<\/h2><p>Les recommandations \u00e9mises par la FDA conf\u00e8rent d\u2019une part <strong>une cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et une importance aux donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 issues des r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong>. D\u2019autre part pr\u00e9sente un <strong>p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre \u00e0 respecter<\/strong> pour ce type d\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p><p>Avec l\u2019utilisation de donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 issues des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du patient est prise en compte, lui octroyant <strong>une place centrale dans des futurs actions de sant\u00e9<\/strong>. Elles pr\u00e9sentent l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre des donn\u00e9es de vie r\u00e9elle, d\u2019\u00eatre accessibles. Mais surtout elles sont repr\u00e9sentatives du quotidien de patients partageant leurs exp\u00e9riences sur des plateformes pr\u00f4nant la libre expression.<\/p><p><strong>Compl\u00e9mentaires des \u00e9tudes dites classiques<\/strong>, elles comportent tout de m\u00eame des limitations que la FDA met en lumi\u00e8re. Notamment qu\u2019elles sont <strong>d\u00e9pendantes du d\u00e9claratif du patient<\/strong> et des diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9seaux sociaux qu\u2019il peut utiliser (Twitter, forum de sant\u00e9, \u2026). Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre absolument en compte dans les \u00e9tudes. Il est aussi question de la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 de la population incluse dans les \u00e9tudes. En effet, faire usage de ces donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 revient souvent \u00e0 <strong>inclure un groupe restreint de patients<\/strong> vis-\u00e0-vis de caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9mographiques ou encore du nombre de patients qui font usage des plateformes d\u2019\u00e9changes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cependant, il est important de souligner leur utilit\u00e9 dans les \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9liminaires des \u00e9tudes dites traditionnelles. Les donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 issues des r\u00e9seaux sociaux mettent, en effet, en \u00e9vidence par exemple des <strong>insights patients refl\u00e9tant leurs pratiques quotidiennes en dehors du cadre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9tude.<\/strong><\/p><p>La position de la FDA sur l\u2019utilisation des donn\u00e9es de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience patient sp\u00e9cifiquement sur celles issues des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, <strong>valident en de nombreux points les \u00e9tudes de Kap Code<\/strong>. Leur compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudes ne semble plus \u00eatre \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer.
