En effet, de <strong>nombreux m\u00e9decins ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 internet et estiment que cela participe aux soins des patients<\/strong><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>. De plus, 87%<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> d\u2019entre eux ont recours \u00e0 au moins un outil digital dans leur pratique depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise sanitaire, l\u2019utilisation la plus fr\u00e9quente en sant\u00e9 est celle de la <strong>recherche d\u2019informations m\u00e9dicales<\/strong> (pathologies, publications, m\u00e9dicaments\u2026). Toutefois, les praticiens se heurtent souvent \u00e0 un flux important d\u2019informations qui les emp\u00eachent de trouver la r\u00e9ponse ad\u00e9quate \u00e0 leur interrogation.<a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chatbot\u00a0: le digital\u00a0en sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[4]<\/a> du <em>Journal of Continuing Education in the Health Professions<\/em>, les m\u00e9decins souhaiteraient une <strong>authenticit\u00e9<\/strong> des sources, une <strong>pertinence<\/strong> des informations, un <strong>libre acc\u00e8s<\/strong>, une <strong>vitesse<\/strong> et une certaine <strong>facilit\u00e9<\/strong> dans leur recherche d\u2019informations m\u00e9dicales.\u00a0 Dans la continuit\u00e9 de cette analyse, notre \u00e9tude en collaboration avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanofi.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sanofi<\/strong><\/a> pr\u00e9sente le <strong>chatbot comme l\u2019outil ad\u00e9quat<\/strong> pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs attentes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kapcode.fr\/chatbots-sante\/\"><strong>chatbot<\/strong><\/a> est un robot logiciel qui peut reproduire le langage naturel et dialoguer avec un individu par le biais de conversations automatis\u00e9es. Les chatbots permettent de recevoir une r\u00e9ponse unique ou d\u2019obtenir un service<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[5]<\/a>. <a href=\"#_ftnref4\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a>La conversion automatis\u00e9e est aliment\u00e9e, dans notre cas, par des donn\u00e9es qui proviennent <strong>de documents r\u00e9glementaires officiels \u00e9mis par les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires<\/strong> fran\u00e7aises et font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la version pilote, \u00e0 un seul m\u00e9dicament (prescription, interaction, effets secondaires \u2026). Pour la r\u00e9alisation de cette \u00e9tude, la version pilote a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux participants volontaires qui ont donn\u00e9 leurs perceptions vis-\u00e0-vis de ce nouvel outil \u00e0 travers 3 points\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La connaissance du chatbot sur le m\u00e9dicament et l\u2019utilisation du digital dans l\u2019exercice de leur m\u00e9tier,<\/li>\n<li>La pertinence du chatbot dans l\u2019acquisition d\u2019information,<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9ventuelles modifications \u00e0 appliquer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que pensent les m\u00e9decins d\u2019un chatbot en sant\u00e9\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le but de ce chatbot \u00e9tait de fournir pendant 24h des informations relatives \u00e0 un m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 des m\u00e9decins volontaires. Les 10 participants \u00a0compos\u00e9s aussi bien d\u2019hommes que de femmes travaillent dans le milieu urbain ou rural. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 brief\u00e9s lors d\u2019une interview sur l\u2019utilisation de la version pilote du chatbot, avant de s\u2019y connecter et d\u2019interagir avec cet outil.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>10 m\u00e9decins<\/strong> participant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils se lancent dans une recherche d\u2019informations m\u00e9dicales essentiellement lorsqu\u2019ils sont confront\u00e9s aux probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 ou \u00e0 une interrogation du patient. <strong>Leur recherche doit donc \u00eatre pertinente, pr\u00e9cise et rapide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi que la simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation du chatbot ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es par 5 des utilisateurs. Aussi, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des participants sont d\u2019avis que \u00a0cet outil fournit une r\u00e9ponse, avec un <strong>d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9ponse rapide et convenable<\/strong>. Cela ne leur demanderait pas alors des v\u00e9rifications suppl\u00e9mentaires et serait donc <strong>un gain de temps<\/strong> consid\u00e9rable pour certains.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Selon une participante, il pourrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme un <strong>outil de recherche<\/strong> important <strong>dans l\u2019assistance m\u00e9dicale<\/strong> permettant ainsi de donner une \u00e9ventuelle direction \u00e0 suivre lors d\u2019un traitement.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Bien que tous les participants sont d\u2019avis que les informations donn\u00e9es par le chatbot sont clairs elles doivent tout de m\u00eame \u00eatre prises avec une certaine pr\u00e9caution. Cet outil manquerait d\u2019une <strong>compr\u00e9hension du langage naturel<\/strong>, qui serait un frein dans l\u2019acquisition des informations notamment avec la recherche d\u2019une bonne formulation pour que ce dernier puisse y r\u00e9pondre correctement. Des r\u00e9ponses qui seraient trop longues et parfois trop g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, certes juste, ne r\u00e9pondraient pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00e0 la question de l\u2019utilisateur, est aussi \u00e0 souligner selon la moiti\u00e9 des participants.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style1\">Il y a aussi une certaine crainte, vis-\u00e0-vis de cet outil, par les participants d\u2019\u00eatre remplac\u00e9s par une machine qui contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019humain peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 ais\u00e9ment dans un but malveillant et avoir de graves r\u00e9percussions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux informations m\u00e9dicales<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude a <strong>confirm\u00e9 les attentes<\/strong> des professionnels de sant\u00e9 d\u2019un chatbot dans la sant\u00e9. Un tel outil leur permettrait de retrouver des informations pr\u00e9cises, facilement, rapidement et pourrait <strong>s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans leur routine<\/strong> avec leurs patients.
