Without prejudice to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 of December 12, 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, in the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement of a dispute arising between the parties, in particular through mediation, any dispute relating to the performance of the contract, their conclusion, expiry, validity or interpretation shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts.
